Amber Grubb

Amber is an Office Administrator at American Trailer Rentals, Inc. where she has been employed since 2004. She is also the CEO of GRUBB Arts, LLC and has been producing, writing, and directing performing arts shows since 2007. She is an artivist and arts enthusiast with a longtime relationship with Florida Dance Theatre and the local arts community. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding and gardening.

​ Tiffany Van Wieren
​

Tiffany is the Arts in Medicine Coordinator for the Watson Clinic Foundation.  As a graduate of Florida Southern College in Music, Tiffany owned and operated a local music studio for 7 years before teaching in the classroom.  She has spent the past 20 years using her experience in program creation and consulting to help expand educational and arts experiences for our community.

Paula Creamer, MBA, CFRE, 

​Paula 
is a Lakeland native and has been impactful in the marketing and fundraising arenas locally for over 30 years. Currently, she serves as the Director of Philanthropy for Chapters Health Foundation. In her role there, Paula’s primary area of focus is Good Shepherd Hospice where she navigates the philanthropic landscape of Polk, Hardee, and Highlands counties. Her passion is community outreach as a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer. Paula currently serves as the Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Polk County Chapter. She enjoys spending time on her farm taking care of her pet cows, guineas, rescue dog Asher and horse Jasper.

Kristi Anderson 

​Kristi has an M.S. in educational psychology and has worked with kids and families in different roles for over 20 years including family therapy, juvenile justice, and ESE advocacy work.  She is currently the center director at Huntington Learning Center where she enjoys helping students of all ages and abilities reach their goals. Kristi has a love of theatre, music, dance, photography, drawing, and our local arts community. She is passionate about showing the world through her own art and making art experiences like dance and theatre accessible to all.

Alison Anderson

​Alison was born and raised in Lakeland.  She has been a teacher since 2001, most of those years at Rochelle School of the Arts, teaching second and third grade, where she is currently the Media Specialist. A Librarian at heart, she loves books and encouraging students to love reading. In her spare time Alison enjoys traveling, gardening, and anything related to the arts.
