Amber Grubb
Amber is an Office Administrator at American Trailer Rentals, Inc., and has conducted business there for more than seventeen years. She's also the CEO of GRUBB Arts, LLC, producing, writing, and directing performing arts shows for fourteen years and counting. She is an artivist and arts enthusiast with a longtime relationship with Florida Dance Theatre. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding and gardening. |
Vice President
Paula Creamer, MBA, CFRE, is a Lakeland native and has been impactful in the marketing and fundraising arenas locally for over 30 years. Currently, she serves as the Director of Philanthropy for Chapters Health Foundation in support of Good Shepherd Hospice. As a Development and Marketing Specialist for Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center she developed and executed a fulfilled capital fundraising campaign for a new state-of-the-art facility in unison with a strategic marketing plan to increase awareness of community programs and grow patient transactions. Other community endeavors include the successful launch of the New Beginnings High School campus expansion to the Lakeland area.In her role as the Director of Philanthropy for Chapters Health Foundation, Paula’s primary area of focus is Good Shepherd Hospice where she navigates the philanthropic landscape of Polk, Hardee and Highlands counties. Her passion is community outreach as a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer. Paula currently serves as the Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Polk County Chapter. She enjoys spending time on her farm taking care of her pet cows, guineas, rescue dog – Asher and her horse, Jasper.

Stephanie Hoskins
Stephanie is the wife of Robert Hoskins, and they live in Lakeland with their 3 children. She is the CEO and President of Good Intents Marketing in Lakeland, FL. Stephanie is a native of Winter Haven, FL. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she was a scholarship student-athlete for the NCAA Division I Swim and Dive Team. Stephanie gives back in many capacities by serving as a Meals Driver for VISTE, sitting on the Boards for Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County and the Kiwanis Club of Lakeland. She's also the Varsity Swim Coach for Santa Fe High School. In Stephanie's free time you might catch her attempting to run, enjoying the Arts, or traveling. |
Kristi Anderson
Kristi has an M.S. in educational psychology and has worked with kids and families in different roles for over 20 years including family therapy, juvenile justice, and ESE advocacy work. She is currently the center director at Huntington Learning Center where she enjoys helping students of all ages and abilities reach their goals. Kristi has a love of theatre, music, dance, photography, drawing, and our local arts community. She is passionate about showing the world through her own art and making art experiences like dance and theatre accessible to all. |
Allison Anderson
I’m alison Anderson, board member. I was born and raised in Lakeland. I’ve been a teacher since 2001, most of those years at Rochelle School of the Arts. I have taught second and third grade and just recently moved into the library as the media specialist. I love traveling, reading, gardening and anything related to the arts. |
