The Florida Dance Theatre welcomes people of all backgrounds united in their interest and enthusiasm in supporting Polk County's only professional dance company and academy. Our volunteers support FDT in a variety of ways; enhancing community awareness, increasing public appreciation and education, supporting special projects and initiatives, and nurturing a community where volunteers can share their love of ballet and contribute to the value of Lakeland's arts community.

We will provide volunteers with the information, training, and tools needed to ensure a rewarding and productive experience for all.
