FDT Trainee

Elizabeth Stayskal has been dancing since the age of 4, and has been with FDT since the age of 9. Always a smile on her face, Ellie has a passion for honoring God through her talent. She has gained experience through her many years with FDT, dancing in many of the professional company performances including The Nutcracker, where she was chosen at 12-years of age to dance in the role of Clara, Mid-Summer Night's Dream and Peter Pan. She has attended multiple summer dance intensives at both FDT and Ballet Magnificat in Jackson, MS. In February 2018, she was excited to participate in a private class with Yoshihisa Arai, who has performed with the Royal Ballet and currently performs with Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, IL. In 2020, Ellie was selected to tour nationally with The Thorn. Ellie is honored to be a trainee with the Florida Dance Theatre and looks forward to a professional career in the art of ballet.
