The Florida Dance Theatre presented a day of outdoor holiday magic. The Nutcracker Spectacular was a two part event that included a special  one-hour matinee performance of The Nutcracker, Character Meet & Greets, food trucks and access to some of Lakeland's amazing vendors during the holiday season.

We had an amazing event on
JULY 9, 2020!

Florida Dance Theatre and Silver Moon Drive In teamed up to bring everyone together in this first ever triple-bill fundraising event! Thanks to so many who came on out and enjoyed an evening at the drive in and experienced Six Feet Together; A Series of Responses to the World, The Golden Ticket followed by Singin' In The Rain.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic the Florida Dance Theatre, in collaboration with Reel Moments Media, presented a new performance based show. This time they made the transition from the stage to screen. This film brought us together in this difficult time using the arts to mend the gaps between social distancing and our longing for the performing arts.
